1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to subscription payments made to Raison Booking for Basic, Premium and Enterprise plans. It is separate from any deposit or payment policy you set for your own salon clients.
2. Free trial
New accounts begin with a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. No payment details are taken and no charge is made during the trial, and you only pay if you choose a paid plan afterwards. Because nothing is charged for the trial, there is nothing to refund for that period.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed afterwards.
4. Annual subscriptions
If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not made substantial use of paid features, you may request a refund of the annual fee. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but your plan remains active until the end of the paid term.
5. Faulty service
If the Service is materially unavailable due to our fault for a prolonged period, contact us — we may offer a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
6. Payments to your salon
Deposits and payments your clients make to your salon are governed by your own salon’s policies, not by Raison Booking. Client refunds are handled by you through your payment provider.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@raisonbooking.com from your account email with your customer ID and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a revised date.
