The eyebrow area will be slightly red in color after the procedure but subside after 30 minutes. This is normal for the procedure and part of the healing process that takes up to 4 weeks. During the healing time, the eyebrows darken and you see a slight crusting around the microblading hairs. Do not pick at the scabs (!) As this will damage the repair of the skin and your eyebrow. After the crusting, the eyebrows will be 40% lighter and the fine microblading hairs will fall nicely between your eyebrows hairs. It takes about 1 month for the color to fully penetrate the skin. That is why we recommend booking a touch-up treatment after 4 – 6 weeks to refill the spots that have not picked up the color, and to correct the shape or possibly color so that you can use it for up to 1 – 2 years to enjoy!
